Shipping

At Classy Baddies, we understand our customers want their placed items to arrive fast and safe with great shipping rates. Therefore, we constantly research the market and get in touch with different carriers to find the best options that best fit our customer’s needs.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days from the time the order is placed. Expedited orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Expedited orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following business day and shipping within 2 business days.


A confirmation email is sent to the address on file for our customers when their order ships. This confirmation email will contain details of the order and a tracking link specific to the order or shipment

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the unfortunate incident that you are unable to locate your delivered package, then please contact us as soon as possible at classybaddies@yahoo.com.

Once we receive your lost package report, we will contact our carrier to inquire about your lost package and attempt to recover it. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.


Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer. Please log into your account to ensure your addresses are up to date and the correct address is selected as your default address.



Return Policy


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Classy Baddies, you can return your item(s) within 10 days of receiving them. Please note that customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 10 business days after we receive your return. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed. 


Returned item(s) must be in its original packaging (e.g., shoebox), unworn, and in the state you received them. Merchandise returned without product tag or damaged tag may not qualify for a refund.


Your return package must include the original order invoice. Please complete the “Return Form” section by placing a checkmark in the Return or Exchange box. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and mail it to us. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service immediately.

All items found in the sale category, accessories, jewelry, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, or bodysuits are non-returnable.

 

Privacy 

Classy Baddies is committed to protecting the privacy of any information provided by customers and will take all reasonable precautions to protect personal information from loss, misuse or unauthorized access.


In order to process a customer’s order, Classy Baddies requires information such as the customer’s name, email, contact number, delivery address and payment details.  We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval.


Periodically, it may be necessary for Classy Baddies to revise it’s privacy policy. Classy Baddies reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time without prior notice. Classy Baddies will notify the customer of the changes by posting an updated version of the policy on the website.
